My 2 cents for that price is get a barreled tikka action from Oregon mountain rifles and put it in a rokstock. You’d be under your budget and have a better rifle than anything factory you could buy at that price point IMO. I have a gun in the exact combo as above and it’s the best shooting gun I’ve ever put my hands on. Tikka action, carbon barrel, and a rokstock. I came in at 2575, I upgraded bottom metal, got a brake and a pic rail which increase price. I know you don’t want to build one, but this way all you’d have to do is torque down action screws and be ready to go.
