Mainly bowhunt GA where temps can be 100 down to 20 degrees. I really need a set of clothes for temperatures from 20-50 degrees.

Doesn’t get real cold, but we sustain 40-80% moisture most of the year, so at 20-30 degrees it feels colder than what it is. Wind usually is 5-10 mph but the fronts can be 15-20 like most places. Nothing crazy.

My question is, what’s a good piece of clothing for cool weather with a high moisture content?

My Sitka Stratus works well but the pattern doesn’t fit in here, in pine trees you stick out terribly. The stratus can be too heavy at times.

Any suggestions?

I’m in northwest Florida with pine trees everywhere as well I use Sitka when it’s cold stratus and the fanatic I run cold and yea it sticks out like you say but I’ve had plenty of deer at 20 yards stare at me and never pick me off or run off so even though we look like snow cones up in the tree seems to work.. I also use kuiu for when it’s over 45 good luck

I think my biggest thing is I want a more versatile camo pattern that I can hunt Turkey, Deer, Dove etc in.

For the price point, I don’t want to have to buy two different “Systems” because of a pattern. Catch is, no other clothing is as wind resistant or oriented for a bowhunter than sitka’s Whitetail lineup.

First Lite, Kuiu etc can try... but until someone else lines up a Wind Resistant clothing brand it’s going to be Sitka’s game unfortunately.

If I didn’t have the stratus set, which is what I was going to recommend, I would have the kuiu proximity whitetail set with kuiu layers underneath to also use for warmer weather and turkey hunting. I’d get Valo across the board but you could go verde if you feel you need more green.
