Southeast Alaska Boat tours/Glacier Bay

all you Alaskans, I'm A 100 tn coast guard captain based on the east coast. I've been running nature/fishing boats for the last 13 years as well as running a flying service for the last 20 yrs. I'm weary of where I am ,my child is grown. Last year I was talking to a fellow in Skagway about running folks to the Davidson glacier but opted for a job in Glacier National Park managing 2 boats,a dock ,an office and a couple house full of kids because I really wanted to hike. Turns out the owners lied to me all summer(theft of license) from the very get go and left a very bitter taste.
I was in Alaska when I was 14 and want to get back. Glacier Bay would be great.
Please PM any advice or direction from you folks would be helpful. Flying is secondary because I know it is all about Alaska time.
