You may want to call them and ask about adjusting the straps (or go to their YouTube instructional videos). In the picture it looks like the straps are as small as they go. Lots of room for adjustment there to make the frame taller. (I had the same problem when I first got my SG - they take a bit of setup to match your body just like any high end pack).
