Solar Panel Viability for Alaska Moose Hunt in Sept.?

Hi all, I am filming a 10 day Alaska Moose hunt this fall and I'm trying to determine the best charging source for my camera batteries, gopro, phone, etc. with weight being a big consideration. Does anyone have any first-hand experience with solar panels in Alaska and their effectiveness? My concern is the variability of weather and potential lack of sunlight. I am considering a larger Big Blue 28 W along with a couple power banks. I typically pack in the power banks I need for recharging but with 10 days of filming the battery required is getting cumbersome.
