Software/Website to Print FS and Topo Maps

What are you all using for printing paper copies of your topo maps? I have used Caltopo in the past. Are there others that are comparable/better?

Also, What do you waterproof your maps with? Anyone every try Thompson Water seal I just read that it works decent?

I have covered with packing tape which works but makes it hard to fold. Ziplok for small maps but fragile. Rei has a thick plastic map holder.

Caltopo is good for making your own maps. There's also Rugged Maps that are printed onto waterproof material and they can make custom maps as well.

I use caltopo haven't found better yet. And use lamination paper for waterproofing.
