So do you want us?

Let’s just swap BC for Texas. We would gain way more public land than we would loose and maybe it would slow the Texas immigration to Montana. The wall can start at the north border of Texas.

I posted this yesterday but after some extra thought and a good nights sleep, I have come to the conclusion that the answer is still no.

Just curious, and an honest question of the guys who are loudly proclaiming no, have you ever been to Canada? Ever have many conversations with actual Canadians? I know that we’re mired in identity politics here in the US and dearly love to loudly virtue signal our “conservativeness”, but I’ve yet to meet a Canadian either in their country or ours who struck me as a fringe anything, liberal or otherwise. My travels have been limited to the eastern half of the country, maybe all the liberal Canadians are concentrated in their version of the midwest. Wouldn’t that be a juxtaposition? Maybe I’ll be able to get to BC for an adventure. If I do I’ll keep a lookout for all those liberals.

We have to work on how it is integrated, but I like almost all of the Canadians I've met. So, I'd be happy add Canada. But, it would probably have to be more than one state.

I couldn't imagine how much of a shock Canadians would have with the freedoms we have in most states.

Trade the GDP of Texas for BC?
You couldnt replace the Texas GDP with all of Canada.
Looks like someone failed economics.
Yep, and don't forget those Texans, NYers, Californians, etc. are being taxed to manage federal land in MT, and they're paying a lot more in federal taxes than Montanans. It's mountain welfare.
