Has seen use but has worked fine for me.
One mid panel stake loops is a bit off center. No pole. No stakes. No line loks. The seam seal has been on it for a while but I have had no leaks.

zippers still good, any small holes from stove, or is it good to go. Interested, will it sleep two people and gear with stove.

This is in good shape. All zippers are good, screens are good, stove jack & vent are good. No ember holes that I remember. Very functional 4 man tipi.
Room for 2, gear stove and firewood. 6'4" peak.
