Snugpak Cave...Is it worth it?

I am considering this tent to pack on my 4 wheeler to go camping. Would this be a good option? What other options in this color and size range would you consider?

i had one few years back. doesnt compare to the Cabelas guide tents for near similar money other than being lighter...junk stitching and such...
