Smoked whitetail shanks... Good Lord, so good...

I did not take a picture of the results but smoked some shanks for the first time using pepper palace venison rub. Wasn't fall of the bone tender but to my liking. Been just mixing up with rice, roasted veg, a little sour cream and a little cheese.... tasty. Will definitely try again.
