Anyone else do a little work with the smoker?

Cow elk 6 miles from the truck. Totally worth it.

I smoked 2 back straps and 2 tenderloins last night for Mother's Day family supper. I put the loins on later. Rubbed with mushroom infused olive oil, kosher course salt, and black pepper. There were 7 adults with kids in tow and NO LEFTOVERS. Excellent.

Looks amazing. Funny you should post this. My wife and I had dinner last night at a private party, and the cater grills steaks on a Primo Ceremic grill, like a green egg, and I was BLOWN AWAY by the taste. I think you might have sent me over the edge of wanting to cook more with smoke.

Cooking with smoke is new to me. But I am certainly loving it!

Looks tastey!
Now you need to go chase down a bear.

I finally got a Traeger grill and man I can't stop using it.
Also love this new fangled electronic pressure cooker.... makes bear roasts fall apart.
