Agreed. I do wish the levers were not plastic, but they haven't caused a problem yet.

Bump to keep this one up towards the top. This is a fantastic little lightweight head, irrelevant of the price. I’ve been running one since 2022, and the only problem I’ve had is I lost the little Allen key out of the little magnetic keeper. It’s on a $200 tripod and doesn’t feel out of place at all. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to do a lightweight tripod setup.

EDIT TO ADD: I would include a 1.5-ish inch wide rubber fender washer with a 1/4” hole in the center in your purchase. It works great to sandwich between the head and the post on the tripod, and when tightened between the 2 keeps the head from twisting off. Simple and cheap solution!

I used this head on my hunt in WY this year, worked great in my opinion. I don’t have higher dollar heads to compare to, but I nearly bought the Wiser.
