Small comfortable pillow for mummy bag...?

Have a sea to summit, and a nemo fillo. The sea to summit has more volume, but the Nemo feels like a pillow to me. Softer and less of that balloon feel.

Anyone use the Exped Mega Pillow? Pretty heavy at 6.5oz but I have a MegaMat for truck camping and that thing is more comfortable than most regular mattresses.
