Slow Cooker

I've just bought a slow cooker. Could someone please point me in the right direction for low-carb recipes? The search button hasn't been much use.

Slow cooker like a crock pot? I don't really know what you mean but the cooking device doesn't really define what can or cannot be cooked in it.

Take a roast of anything, season it as you like, quickly sear all sides in a hot pan then put it and a beer in the crock pot on low for 2-4 hours (whenever tender).
