I'm looking to upgrade to one of these two tripods. I'm looking for any real world experience and advice I may want to consider. Thanks in advance.

I bought a 632 when they debuted with the rokslide code to save 10%. I’ve only had it out for a few days but so far i am incredibly impressed with its functionality. Very light, very stiff. Right height for floor or low camp chair glassing. I’m using a ch10 small rig head and it has been stellar with my kowa 774 and my 18x mavens. All in 240 bucks for a 2 pound bombproof back countey glassing set up. Buy with confidence.

Don’t own either so not much help but I was looking hard at both. Tricer bc looks stout as f@ck but for me and what I would use it for I think it’s too bulky when folded. I like the leg angles of the slik better and it compacts down better, it also has the 2 piece centre post so you can shoot prone without carrying a 2nd centre post. I don’t think you could realistically use the BC with just a short center post all the time. I own a slik 624 and I’m not crazy about the leg angle adjustment tabs. I think you’d be happy with either but I would pick the slik 632 if it was me.

Anyone have new feedback on this? I bought both and been messing around with both the past few days. Having a hard time making a decision. Slik packs up just a bit nicer imo but the tricer seems nice as well. Haven’t had any field days with the tricer yet though.

ive been using the slik 632 since S&S released them, i am a big fan. Its my first slik tripod, i also use an outdoorsmans medium tripod. I wanted something lighter weight and more compact. I doesn't look to be as durable as an outdoorsmans, which i knew when buying it. But its just as stable and holds my swaro 65 steady. I am a big fan. I was considering the tricer BC as well but the compactness of the slik is what swayed my decision.
