Sleeping dry on the tundra

following this post! I had a big agnes tigerwall UL2 for my trip to montana. held up for about 3 days of rain then let it all through. Curious what tents people run!

So how does that warranty claim go?
I’m going to Southern AK this fall and still unsure what rain gear I should get.

Hoping that my KUIU tent holds up and keeps me dry. I've got a tyvek tarp and am sleeping on a pad as well.

works like a champ have been up there twice with mine and no issues, easy setup and take down.

Halley Hansen rain gear. The lighter weigh models aren't that heavy, and you will stay dry. As for tents look at a North Face 3 man. 22 years of living in the AK bush taught me what to do to stay warm and dry.
