SKRE vs First Lite

I have been happy with my SKRE gear.

I am been extremely impressed by SKRE's customer service compared to First Lite....free returns/exchanges being the first of many things SKRE customer service does better. The return and exchange process with SKRE is hassle-free and for a competitively-priced gear option than a lot of the FL, that goes a long way for me. Personally, if you're going to charge more for the product, there should be a corresponding, increasing relationship between garment quality and customer service quality.
