Sizing for under armour puffy pants?

I bought some under armour puffy pants in a size medium and the waist is good but the pant leg seems a bit tight. Wondering if puffys should on the loose size? Also wondering if the large would be way to big? I’m 175lbs 5,10”

I was about that weight but taller when I had a pair. A large was definitely a bit big in the waist but went with them for the extra room in the legs.
