Considering the vision spectrumsbof the cervids mentioned, I don't think it will matter to them. But it sure does to us humans because of our vision spectrums being different from cervids.
Open Country looks like a tree trunk in the forest, looks like sage in the sage, looks like rocks above timberline. And the neat thing I've found as the years go by the fabric stains and weathers to mimic the the dirt our mountains are made of. But as mentioned above, it probably matters more to us than to the animals.
