Sitka hunt

Would love to hear any recommendations for guides or areas to hunt blacktails - I am hoping to go on a few years of back to back trips with my brother starting in 2 years. We live in upper Midwest so can get there easily but won’t have chance to scout as much as I’d like

I've had fun and good success targeting blacktail in SE Alaska (Tongass National Forest) DIY, by boat and by float plane. I'm lucky to have a friend's with parents that live and town. We use there place to stage and also to do butchering and freezing before heading home. In fact, I'm pretty excited to fly up again next week to do it again!
