Seems like you’ve already gotten a lot of advice and decided on your purchase, but I’ll add some just because I’ve used that gear in NM specifically.
Jetstream is probably the best clothing item I’ve ever bought. It does everything well, just don’t wear it hiking unless it’s super windy and cold.
Dew point rain gear is great, I’ve only used mine a couple times but like others said it’s cut to layer under and will be your best bet if the elements are too much for the Jetstream to handle.
I love my mountain pants but I have a set of Apex pants coming in on order for this upcoming archery season. Even last November the mountain pants were warm in SW NM. In the mornings when I wanted the warmth, I was moving. By midday, the sun was out doing them. Depending on where in NM your hunt is, consider taking the Apex and a base layer. These won’t be very good for whitetail though, so maybe you just opt for the Mountain pant if you are hunting northern NM.
