Is this a rain coat or just a wind breaker? How loud of material?

It’s essentially a very light weight rain jacket (1/2 zip pullover). Material is slightly quieter than a normal rain jacket due to it being so light weight.

I’m a 41-42 chest and 34 sleeve. Usually a little in between Medium/Large. This fits pretty tight in the chest. I will wear Sitka base layers in medium, but everything else is large - except for their expedition fit.
