Sitka Film tour

The Sitka Film Tour kicked off in Bozeman last night, and for $8 to get in....it seemed a pretty good deal especially with all they gave away. The films were pretty good for the most part. I don't know how much of what they gave out was because it was the first stop and they are based out of Bozeman now. The door prizes were really good. Two pairs of Kennetrek gators, a couple pairs of Costa sunglasses, a set of Vortex optics and a Sitka pack filled with a whole Sitka system from base layer to outer layer. They gave out a second pack and system that they drew for from people that had been to the pre-party, however they claimed they were only doing that in Bozeman. If anyone decides to go and the stop they go to has a pre-party, I would suggest going just in case they do something similar. And free beer. Free beer at the pre-party, before at the theatre, and during intermission, all from a local micro brewery. If you go, take your wife or girlfriend, heck or your kids too. Give yourself more chances to win. Women won two of the prizes, one of whom won the second Sitka system. Since I know that that attractive little red-head in an evening gown and heels owns a fancy local bridal boutique, my guess is she won't ever wear them, but her lucky boyfriend..... Oh, and they gave out a ton of free hats and t-shirts. I would say at least 1/4 the room had something. But outside of the door prizes, I don't know how much of that happened because it was the kick-off of the tour.

Went to the show last nite in DePere Wi. Was a good time, some great Sitka door prizes. Much of the footage is really really good . I hope they come back next year.
