Sitka Ambient VS GoHunt Atmosphere hoody

I currently have the GOHUNT atmosphere hoody but I’m a thin guy and fits fairly baggy in the mid section.. how’s the Sitka ambient 100 compare?

Any help with size difference/fit and quality of jacket helps thanks!

Try a Rab Evolute Hoody. I have an Ambient and the Rab and the Rab is a much more athletic fit, plus it’s full zip and has pockets.

I've been on the fence about the atmosphere hoody myself. Looking for something lite and packable to cut the chill.

The Rab isn’t “body mapped” with grid fleece anywhere. Do you find the Rab to wear warmer/hotter than the Ambient?

Neither is my ambient. I have the regular one with primaloft evolve for the entire garment. The rab evolute is the same as my ambient only it has a better fit (for me), full zip, and zippered pockets. And it’s way cheaper than the crazy price of the ambient (I didn’t pay full price).

I’m a little curious to try the body mapped version but I’m a little skeptic of it.

Gotcha, yeah the regular ambient is 100 non-mapped or the first version was 150 non-mapped. The Rab is 75, so similar to the Ambient 75 besides the mapping. That’s what I was curious about.

In theory, the mapped versions wouldn’t get as warm during high exertion.
