Single pin or not?

I went through this debate over the last year or so as I was looking to upgrade my sight. I spoke to quite a few folks on here and did some research and decided on a 3 pin slider for my use. I purchased from S&S (mainly because Steve was knowledgeable, patient, accessible and quick to respond to my questions) and got a custom MBG Ascent (4" Dovetail, 3 Pin Surge Head, top pins .19, bottom .10 with the rear facing sight tape). According to Steve it should be here the end of this week sometime. Look forward to trying it out... :)

On level ground you point the bow at target and draw back to your face and anchor. Now try it assuming your target is below you or down hill. If you point your bow at the
target (downward) and then draw to your face the relationship of the string to your face will not be the same . Try it out. Have you ever shot 3 spot indoors at 20yds? I have seen guys drill the x out of 1 target and be just on the edge of the 10 ring on the other 2. This is usually do to standing in the center of the lane and not bending at the waist to adjust for higher or lower targets.

Hogg Father single pin! Never been more accurate just have to remember to dial your range. Have a couple inserts stuck in my dresser, because I didn't move my dial after returning from the range haha. My fiancé just shakes her head.
