I have 2. I shot about 960 22-250, and 300 22 creed with one then put it on a 223 when I got an OG. The other one is on a 223 as well; I don't remember if I shot it on bigger stuff.

The percentage of non-failures versus failures reported here doesn’t really matter. Assuming there are 20,000-30,000 Scythe Ti suppressors in use right now, the number of failures reported here (approximately 50 at the highest count) represents a failure rate higher than such fine products as the Sig P320 (100/3.1 million), Ford Pinto (38/2.1 million), and the ~2007-2014 Remington 700 (2000/1.3 million).

Im up to 1200 rnds now on mine. Since my post above, 200 have been the 7.5" 300blk w/subs and another 400 on the 16" 223.

Im at 1600 through mine. Put 300 through it on the 16" 223, and 100 on the 21" 6.5cm since I last posted.

Mine is getting up there too, I only shoot it on the 6.5 creedmoor but it had a handful of 307 and 30-06 through it before the failure reports started showing up.

I’ll take it out tomorrow and put a few rounds through it again.
