Hadn't thought of this. That's a good question. Might be worth having those with failures add if they have it on some sort of QD muzzle brake system.

I think it also includes what will eventually be the barrel length restriction chart for the scythe. Kidding of course but the Jolene restrictions are probably a very good guide for what the scythe can actually handle.

If they changed the recommendations to something along the lines of Jolene, any idea on how many of the reported ones here that would that have changed?

After my scythe come from put together,
I decided to try my brand new Jolene. Put it on a 26” 300 rum, and the insides started rattling after 4 shots. 5 minutes between each shot.
Scythe was back to me in less than a week. Jolene repair took 2 months.

Id be really curious how many of these were exposed to high rate of fire - and then later shot with a magnum later and let go.
