Has there been a vaccine developed with some actual bad consequences in the last 30-50 years? Does history tell us multiple vaccines created have caused worse issues than they’ve cured?
Your asking the wrong question. Have there been vaccines developed that were pulled from testing after a year, two or three because of longer term complications. That is what you need to know.

You would not expect history to tell you vaccines have caused worse issues than they have cured as none of them have been rolled out after 6 mos. They have actually been through the entire approval process, long and short term.

Also need to look into the history of efficacy of corona virus vaccines.

.....or lifesaving vaccine. Whatever.

Been caring for those sick with this from the beginning. I have seen the entire spectrum from asymptomatic to death and have managed to avoid it despite my wife and son both getting it and being bedside 3-4 days a week.

I am old, fat, and smoked for 20 years, sign me up.

I will post here as my transition to flesh eating mutant progresses.
you get the family squared away with proper zombie disposing firearms in case you start turning? a couple 12 gauges loaded with buck shot and a couple AR's will probably keep you in line

Yes. Anthrax vaccine to start. Series of 5 shots. By the time I got booster stage they had quit it. Live long enough government will end up paying

This isn’t the case when those pts go to radiology. The X-ray, CT, and MRI rooms are not setup for negative airflow. Hell, last week a nurse brought a pt down to my wife for an mri. The nurse was wearing a papr and didn’t tell my wife the pt was cv+ until she rolled her into the room. My wife was pissed.

wife had a CV test yesterday because she got run down and started feeling sick. She had done CV pts on Sunday night so hospital said she had to have neg test to come back to work. Got neg results this morning.

wife has worked around cv pts for almost a year now, almost daily. There’s a lot of questions with CV

One question I had is this...when you have a novel virus and are shedding virus particles at the early stages of the disease before you are symptomatic, when you wear a mask, are you increasing the viral load, thus making matters worse by continually breathing in deep to your lungs viral particles you may be ejecting from your nasal cavities?

inhave heard viral loading can be attributed to more severe cases like nursing homes.

it makes one wonder...
I am not a medical person but wearing a mask has nothing to do with a viral load. Viral load is a function of how well the virus is replicating. A higher viral load can indicate more severe disease. In other words your immune system is losing the battle. Let's just say I have experience with a deadly RNA virus (not covid-19). RNA viruses can be transmitted in different ways. Covid-19 happens to be airborne which is the major reason why it is so contagious. Because it is airborne, wearing a face covering and keeping a distance from another are the most effective ways to reduce transmission of covid-19. The facts are the facts. I think a quote from Winston Churchill is appropriate here:

I was pretty opposed to the vaccine, but I did CPR on a professional athlete yesterday that didn’t make it. Pretty ****** up to deal with the family of a dead 36 year old. I’m worried about bringing it home to my family (I run these calls on a regular basis) and I know what the side effects of the vaccine are, I don’t know what symptoms I would get if I actually get the virus.

I’ll be getting the vaccine tomorrow, I’m still mixed about how I feel about it, but I’m going out of
my way to get it. Hope for the best. As much as I want to believe it’s all made up, Ive seen enough to think that the effects of the vaccine may be better than the alternative. I wish I wasn’t in the first round (same as a new pickup) but I also don’t want to miss an opportunity that’s not available to most. If my experience hadn’t told me otherwise, I wouldn’t be getting the vaccine, but I’m on the schedule for tomorrow.

Hope everyone stays healthy!!!

The middle of February I got sick.......sore throat that then led to that hacking dry cough. My lungs weren't right again until June.....or so I thought. Hunting season was pretty rough on my lungs, they couldn't keep up with me and along with my asthma I just couldn't get enough O2 for the first time in my life........I'm 55.

Fast forward to last Wed night when I woke up with my wife coughing in my face in her sleep. The next day I jokingly said "Well, now I'm all for those Covid tests......you should get one". So on Friday she did.........positive. On Saturday I got a fever and a cough. Then on Sunday major headache and the pain behind the eyes. Four days of fever, and now that's gone but it's in my asthmatic lungs now.......yay. Oh well, life goes on.......until it doesn't. Either way.....no vaccine for me, thank you.

Report back. We are 2-3 weeks from getting it. So far what has been seen, the initial shot has little to no side effects. The 2nd ranges from mild nausea to flu like symptoms for 1-4 days. My company is trying to plan for that just in case a bunch of us feel like turd afterwards. Good luck!

I’m with you brother, and I’ll be getting my injection as soon as I go back to work on Friday.

Everyone talking about this vaccine. There's some studies been done on positive tested covid folks. Seem to be some vitamin deficiencies that are common. Mostly common sur theres exceptions. Vitamin D is a big one.

Good thinking as well. But I really have no idea. Be interesting to know some of those numbers. Maybe we should find out if the people making the stuff are taking it!?

Read that too. Certain blood types are more susceptible as well. Crazy. It's going to be a while before everything is known about the Vid.

Do some research into Pfizer and Cox-2 inhibitors. That will tell you about the company making it.

My wife(super smart person) told me there are genetic markers that are showing up in those most severely effected.

Time will tell. Been a fast year.

Creepy can any way you shake it. If this vaccine is indeed a good deal. Sure makes a guy wonder how it is cancer, AIDS, and so on are still problems. Guess there's no money in healthy people...
