Sight axis leveling tool

What are you guys using to set your 1st, 2nd and 3rd axis? I have a vise just wondering if any other options besides the hamskea.

I use a level for first and second, and I personally level off cams not riser since cams might be shimmed.

I'll set 3rd axis with Hamskea tool initially, but always shoot it to check. Shooting trumps what a device says.


If using a tool, you should have the bow at full draw for checking 3rd.


So you can use a level to generate 1st and 2nd, then just go shoot in 3rd without a tool I'd you don't want to purchase one.

I picked up the 3d printed kit off amazon. works decent. Think I paid 14$

This is what I do. I set everything out the gate 1st, 2nd & 3rd with a Hamskea. Then I check it at full draw using a plumb bob. Usually it's really close then if I do this it shoots in.
