I just got back from Tanzania. Brought a pair of stabilized Zulu 6 HDXs in 16x and two pair of Swaros.
Hands down the Sigs were everyone's (including the guides) go to bino. The guides kept asking for 'the good ones.'
I cannot think of a reason to bring a spotting scope after that field testing success. The images were so clear and stable you could count impala legs at a couple of miles.
Caveat: I did use 10x42s when game was very close in thick scrub. Better field of view in that instance than the Sigs. The Sigs got pounded on over 14 days and I never changed out the battery.
Good piece of gear.
