The RomeoZero mounts directly to the P365XL. The P320 has a Romeo1 footprint, and I'm not aware of an adapter plate that would allow the RomeoZero to work.

You would probably need a special mounting kit if your talking about a Picatinny rail. These are made to mount directly to the Sig P365XL with the provided screws.
