Does anyone have any experience with this gun? Can’t seem to find much info on them, other than some “influencers.” Was looking to pick someone’s brain about them.

I am in the market for a new gun and between this or one of the new Seekins.

Thanks,
Yooper

Just bought one yesterday. Not the Magnum but the short action.

Saw a review on the 7 PRC version holding .5 to.75 with factory hornady.

Action not as smooth as a tikka but excited to have an 18" 6.5 creed for eastern WT hunting. Trigger is 2-stage and feels pretty good so far. Doesn't feel the listed 2.5 lbs. Will get it scoped and sighted in and report back.

If this one doesn't work well, will probably sell and get the new ph3 from Seekins.

Awesome! Let us know how it shoots!

I was wondering if I should buy one of these SS Sawtooth's or just get an MTD stock for my CA Ridgeline? Any thoughts from the crowd? Is the MTD chassis better than the Sig?

I have the standard Sig Cross in 308, and a 7PRC in a MDT HNT26. They have pretty different feels to be honest.

Sig Cross being metal and poly has a more solid / compact "feel" than the carbon fiber MDT HNT26. This is just the feel, as the MDT definitely isnt cheap or feel like its fragile or bulky. They just have a different "feel" as the Sig feels more like one piece, and the MDT feels more like a traditional chassis / stock bolted onto an action / receiver.

Should also be noted that the Sig's barrel is 6" shorter, overall profile is thinner, so even at comparable weights the Sig will feel more solid since in theory it is a more dense compact package.

Ergonomics and overall simplicity of the Cross line are hard to beat. If I am just grabbing a rifle out of the safe to go practice with, my Cross gets more trigger time than anything else and is the first gun I instinctively grab.
