Side Sleeper ISO Pad

As a side sleeper I like at least 2-1/2" inflatable pad with a high R value. My Neoair Xtherm with R -7.3 is the best I have found, but someone just came out with a similar weight option with R value in the 8 something range. Too thin and the pressure on hips and shoulders will put my back out. And as stated above, deflate it until the lowest point of your body is only about 1/4" from hitting the ground through the pad. You need maximum conformance with your body to spread the weight out.
