Dotman , I might have been born at night but it wasn't last night ! No way I'm watching that !
I go to dinner with the Legendary deer slayer Robby Denning and look where this thread goes ;) !
Itinerary is boots on the ground Friday in way north Idaho. Tomorrow I don't really have a plan for yet. I was hoping to crash Tanya's elk hunt but I'm too late for that. Want to go meet someone in central Idaho but I have to see how that will work out.

I drove up 191 out of rock springs through the high desert plains and into the Bridger Teton ranges and it was spectacular ! The mountains from Hoback to Alpine are some of the most rugged mountains I have ever seen. I was kind of rushing so I didn't get to linger and check it out more and I regret it. Everything Wyoming terrain wise I looked at today and more than ever I want to call Wyoming home. The Medicine Bow looked like a fantastic place to hunt and hike and all the high plains full of sage brush are calling me to hunt mule deer and antelope. If I want to truly test my will to hunt then the Bridgers are waiting. Drove along miles of fantastically beautiful rivers and didn't see the first fisherman.

Wyoming is a neat place. If you didn't see a fisherman, you obviously didn't drive by the Miracle Mile. The Medicine Bow is pretty good elk hunting.

Jason , I have significantly upgraded my ride ! Ranger is now driven by an old country lady in the back woods of central Florida and I now have a giant SUV . New to me Sequoia is a sweet highway ride but I have serious doubt about it off road at all. I just hope 4wd and chains keep me going. No more 40mph trips with snotcicles hanging from my nose ! That was the ride from hell !

Jason , I'm sure there are some Wyoming rivers that get pounded hard but the ones that I ran along today were deserted. It's amazing how empty much of Wyoming is.

Well if you come thru Moscow, I will take you to lunch. If you want to fish we could hit the St. Joe for cutthroats and great scenery.
Have a great trip and good luck.

Better than I expected. I'm getting between 15.75 and 16.25 for the last five tanks. Back home I was getting 12.5 to 13.5 pretty consistent.

If you have a couple of days to kill and don't take an offer like this, Shrek, I think I'll lobby for a couple of my buddies to find your Sequoia and sabotage your heater!!

Good luck man. Be careful with chains on the front of that - not 100% sure on the Sequoia but I know the Tundra can't run chains up front with out some new wheels that have a good amount of off set. The upper control arm sits too close to the tire - as much as I love my Toyota's' this was a stupid design.

Id be curious what you figure out - I assume they would be the same since they are basically the same chassis but you know what assuming does for you...

And don't jump it - you will dent up the skid plate and have to hear about every time you go in for an oil change...
