Show your Tikka ten round groups

Following up on last posts with terrible groups from .223 T3X Lite... free floated the barrel much better, tightened action screws to 60ftlbs. Shooting indoors, no more mirage issues. Results are similar to last time but ELDM still outshoots all flavors of the cheap AAC stuff, except the 69gr SMK. Only thing I haven't tried is the Hornady Black 75gr, just picked some up today. Special thanks @Q_Sertorius , your advice on types of targets and adjusting a couple minutes down to preserve the aiming point made quite a difference.

It's pretty clear the limiting factor at this point is the scope, it's one step above garbage, so until I swap to a Credo this may be as good as it gets. Im not mad about 1.3" groups with the ELDM so that'll be the go-to for now for hunting purposes. Even though the SMK shot a hair better I have more faith in the ELDm on game.

My lifehack for getting good groups WHILE confirming zero is to take the time to level the target with a bubble level. Then, when I'm shooting I make sure to level my rifle and use the outer stadia to line up with the lines on the target/diamond points/whatever. This way I'm actually locking the outside of the reticle scope at 4 points rather than aiming at one that is getting destroyed...
