They have this stretchy elastic dark netting at the Halloween Stores. It makes AWESOME patterns that look alot like patterns in the bark of a tree if you take a sec to pull and stretch the netting to ensure the pattern looks fully randomized.

I don't have a bunch of decorated guns. I did the barrel of my coyote rifle, but don't have a picture of it.
I did do this one. I think it's going to look better in fall. One thing nice is it's easy to change the color scheme.

I used duracoted on the ARs, sponged the stocks with cerakote, and sprayed the barrel and action with cerakote air cure.

Used some of my late grandfathers shrimp netting for the texture. Not much different than anything else but it meant something to me, been wanting to put it to use. He built nets from 13 yo until he stopped working in his late 70’s.

only had the rifle a month. Couldn’t get myself to paint the scope, bipod, barrel yet.
