Just wanted to send let other forum members know of the amazing customer service experience I had with Exo. I had problems with the fabric of the limb pockets ripping. They reached out to me, paid for the shipping back to their shop, and then sent the repaired bags back to me, free of charge. Unbelievable customer service.

Could not have asked for a better customer service. Kudos to them.
 
Same here. My damn puppy decided the bloody load shelf straps tasted good so he chewed them off. A couple emails back and forth, and I will be sending my pack in to them for new straps. Great company.
 
Cheers to Exo, and cheers to you for giving credit where it's due. That kind of service is what turns a brand into a legacy. What pack of theirs were you using, by the way?

The 3600 and 7200 size bags on the K4 frame. The fabric on the stave pockets ripped on both.
