I placed a pack order this morning a couple hours ago, I ordered a Solo 3600 and made an error on shipping for the order. I just got off the phone with a rep. who called to straighten it out. He also took the time to determine what my cheapest shipping option would be. Most companies would have dealt with it through an email in a couple days, not a phone call in a couple hours. Couldn't be more impressed.

Truly stoked to put that pack to work.

I can also vouch for them. Had a bad zipper on a pack and received a brand new replacement pack from them in short order. So refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind their products.
 
They sent me a brand new pair of DeHavilland pants when I reached out about a snap button/grommet coming unsewn from a pocket flap.
 
Lines up with every interaction I’ve ever had with them. I’ve never had a negative experience with SG, and will always recommend them any chance I get. I ordered a new sky 5900 bag last February, and was getting ready to leave for a cruise 2 days later when I ordered it. I ordered over the phone and asked if they could hold the package and ship it after I got back (they only had a couple bags left at the time, peak show season for them), and Ryan just asked me what day I was leaving. I told him I was leaving on Friday (this happened Wednesday morning), and he responded with “if you pay our base shipping rate, we will pay the difference and make sure it comes before you leave on your trip so it doesn’t sit on your porch.” He was adamant that it wasn’t a big deal, and said he promised I would have it quick. I got a shipping notification at about 4:30 PM that stated “a delivery date will be provided soon.” I spent the rest of the night packing and never checked tracking. The next morning, I got a UPS text saying a package from stone glacier was out for delivery. Less than 24 hours from their door to mine, it showed up at my house at 10:30 AM. They’re rockstars, they’ve earned a fanboy for life.
 
I signed up as a wild sheep foundation life member last night while they are running a promotion for a SG Avail 2200 pack. It was at like 10 last night, I got an email from SG this morning at about 9 asking what color pack I wanted, tan or foliage. They said tan would ship in November or the foliage would go out immediately. I responded back saying foliage was perfect and within 3 minutes I had another response saying they’d get it right out. I really appreciated the quick response and will definitely look at more of their stuff when I need it!
 
They are gtg. I went to their Bozeman location while out there on a work trip. I dreamed up a way to use their access bag as a small backpack for my tree stand. Told the guy up front. He went in the back and got some buckles and webbing. Now I have the perfect mobile whitetail set up.

Had a set of their rain pants leak, they sent me a label for them, then sent a new pair the same day. Had a stay break in my krux frame, they sent new stays free of charge. Going to send my solo bag in at the end of season to see if they’ll restitch where it’s tearing, I wrench on my straps when doing packouts. I’ve got no doubt they’ll honor their warranty

There isn't a better company to deal with in my opinion and their clothes are second to none. They're the most comfortable, most well made products in my opinion when it comes to clothing.

I inquired about this after reading your post and they sent me an invoice for $19. Not going to complain or say it is bad service for not giving out freebies and I'll happily run the originals until they fail at which point I'm sure they'll make it right.

I walked into the store and asked if I could buy a set of the new straps last year. They handed me a set for free. I also bought a few items so maybe that’s why.
Maybe they have to start charging at some point, but that seems odd considering all the great service I have also received.

Would love to see this setup. Currently trying out the avail as a whitetail day pack as a replacement for the Mystery Ranch Treehouse. Both have their flaws as a whitetail hang and hunt bag.

I noticed some of the stitching was coming out of my pack. SG told me they double stiched everything so that it wasn't a problem and sent me a shipping label to return it to fix the shipping. Impressed with their customer service.
