I have had an exceptional experience with KUIU customer service as well. They went above and beyond when they didn't have to.

I bought a new 2200 bag, needd to rig it to my older Icon Pro, They sent all the buckles/straps needed with the new bag with instructions.

I had a zipper malfunction on a jacket during archery elk last year and they had a new jacket sent to me before first season rifle deer. Very easy process, phone call, sent a picture, received new jacket. Bada-bing-bada-boom. Love Kuiu clothing and their customer service.

Interesting- I really like my Kuiu products, but their customer service was lacking when I needed them. But... that was about 7 years ago. Definitely irritated me though.

Their stuff is awesome, pretty much all I have, their fit is the best for me as well.
CS has been great.

Haven’t had to deal with their CS, but my hunting closet has a lot of their clothing.

Wish they would come out with something that could compete with the Sitka Mountain Pant, though. Durability has been an issue with a few of their products, but that is an issue I’ve had with darned near every brand, First Lite being the worst.
