Shipping to Canada

has anyone here sold something and shipped to someone in Canada? A member of this forum wants to buy a spotting scope from me and I am trying to figure out how difficult it is to ship to them. Isn’t there a customs form that has to be filled out?

I have friends in Manitoba and BC. I send stuff regularly. No issues. Just take it to the Post Office. If I recall correctly, there is a custom form to fill out.
