SG m7 vs Kuiu Axis

I'm looking for a last season pant that is durable/warm but can dump heat.

I used Kuiu Axis pants last season and I generally liked them. The waterproof butt and knees was nice and they were pretty warm. However, I would like something that cuts a bit more wind. And is a bit warmer. I want to avoid pulling my puffy pants out.

Also, can anyone compare the fit between the two?

M7 is warmer and waterproof throughout. Axis is great if you're not actually worried about getting soaked. Neither one replaces down pants for glassing.

Can you compare the fit? Either one significantly more fitted or more baggy?

Axis is a little on the trim side but not tight. M7 fits true to size for me.
