Waited too long to return these, my loss is your gain. Long story short - size large is too big and size medium is too small. The mediums are the right length though they are just too tight in the butt / waist, I fit into them though they are just not comfortable. For reference, I am 6' and 190lbs, usually wear a 33 or 34" waist and 30-32" inseam. I think these would be right for someone with a size 32" waist.
