Sewing Kit

For years I've had a tiny sewing kit that I carried in my pack on extended trips. Nothing fancy, just a couple needles and some thread along with a couple of buttons. It's time to buy a new one but I can't seem to find anyone who sells something along those lines. I know I could piece one together, but prefer the ease of buying a package deal.
Any suggestions?

Have you checked Hobby Lobby or JoAnns? They should have one, I picked one up from JoAnns a few weeks ago.
