Curious as to how you guys handle this. Friend of mine wants to buy a rifle I have. Marlin 336 30-30. Its is a 1975 JM stamped Marlin so it is a bit more valuable than those not marked JM.
I am willing to sell to him for a really good price but I want his assurance he will not turn around and sell if for a profit later. How do you determine a price in this scenario? What to you say to the person buying the rifle to express your desire to either buy it back from them later or have them keep the rifle?
