I had sent an email about 45 days ago and had a response within 2-3 days. I followed up with an additional question, which went un-answered (but honestly wasn't very important).
This past Monday, I replied to the original Seekins response by requesting additional help/information still based on my original topic. On Tuesday, I then called and left a message regarding my subject/requesting a call back @ their convenience. Friday, I received a call from them and had a great conversation from CS!
I did inquire as to the backlog, and I was told they're also dealing with the implementation of a new inventory/tracking system (?), along with the continued backlog of sales orders for guns/parts. Hope this helps.
