Have you looked into an SRS Arca Balance plate? Check it out. It’s not a long, full length rail. I think you’d see significant improvement in stability and shootability.Your fine man, I said thank you multiple times. I will look into this longer rails
My buddy has one, waiting to see installed on his rifle! But yes I was looking at using that the as wellHave you looked into an SRS Arca Balance plate? Check it out. It’s not a long, full length rail. I think you’d see significant improvement in stability and shootability.
Drilling and installing a T nut in a stock is super easy! And if ever you want to take it off, bondo, sand and paint.I like this option, I take it this option is going to require drilling?

I am a little late here with my comment but for $550 Seekins will swap your barrel to any length you want. I have an element in 7PRC too but I really want to get a PH2 also and have them swap it for a 20". I am not really a weight weenie for my style of hunting so I think I would like a little extra weight. Was debating cutting it down 20 inches. Ya seekins rings, I believe they are low. If you call seekins they can confirm what size to use with whatver you scope you end up withHave my 7PRC element delivering this week. Will have to scavenge my NF NXS 2.5-10 off my -06 as well. Are you using Seekins rings and if so, what height?
10x at 500 is more than enough. Especially for a moose.I’m looking at the same set up for a remote New Foundland moose hunting with all walking, no vehicles, shots can be up to 500 yards, do you feel under scoped at 10 power?
I was going to put a Nightforce NXS in 3-15x50 but would love to save the 10 oz. Thanks!
I have a havak element in 6.5 creedmoor, I’m ditching my 3-18 scope for the nightforce 2.5-10.I’m looking at the same set up for a remote New Foundland moose hunting with all walking, no vehicles, shots can be up to 500 yards, do you feel under scoped at 10 power?

I have the element 7 prc and am running the NF 2.5-10 as well. Plenty of zoom out to 600 yards in my opinion. Thanks guys, that’s what I was hoping for!
