Seekins Element 6.5 PRC - less than 100 rounds through it. Bought less than 1 year ago. Limited entry hunt done, no longer need two rifles. Prefer local pickup in Salt Lake City. 2000$

Well my scale isn't perfect, but looks to be 7.6-7.7lbs giver or take a couple ounces.
