Seekins customer service has no equal!

Shout out to Seekins!


I found a small part on the bench last outing with my Element 6.5 PRC and I could not figure out where it came from. I sent Seekins a picture and they called me within a few hours and had a paid shipping label to me within minutes. Turns out the Leupold scope rings were the soucre of the problem and the broken part. I shipped it Friday and got a call today which is Monday. They are fixing it at no charge even though it was not their problem! I have other great firearms but these guys and gals are over the top! I am Seekins all the way!

I sent in my PH2 Rechamber/rebarreling. It arrived at Seekins facility 6/13/23........ They called me today and said they were done and ready to ship it back......... WTF!!!!

Crazy fast turn around and great customer support. Their customer service rep said 3-4 week turn around.
 
Does anyone have experience with both the ph2 and the element? I'm trying to decide betweens Seekins and a few other companies and the element seems ideal but a little beyond my intended budget.
 
Thumbs up for seekins. I had a set of rings with a stripped screw and they sent me a new set right out.
 
I own 4 seekins rifles 1 Element and the others ph2s, honestly the weight savings and the shorter barrel are the only reason I went with the element, as for weight after I get them all ready for the field I notice very little difference. All my Seekins rifles shoot way better then me and only had one CS interaction but they were top notch and earned my business from there on!
