Impossible to determine from given photo. In velvet, spread?, symmetry?, etc.

All that aside, given his neck size, I'd say he's definitely sub 5yo and probably sub 4yo, if that makes a difference to you. Which seems amazing, unless someone can correct me.

Boy that's a stud buck! Incredibly (well basically impossible) to score from one pic but I would bet he's pushing 170.

If he is a 3 yr old that would make a big difference, If i see him on ground I may pass if he is still young. Been on this farm for 5 years and have been holding off on shooting younger buck, may be paying off finally.

this is the only other photo I have that isnt showing his backside. 127432

At least 160, as everyone else has said, not enough info for a better guess. Shoot him, and then let us know.

My guess would be not more than 4. Unless you are on a big farm and cams tell you this buck is a home body, I'm not passing that deer unless you have some bigger for sure. Less than 1% of whitetail hunters pass that deer. Flip side is if he is 3, he could blow into a real giant next year.

300 acres, but have a large tract east of me that is full of idiots who's theme is if its brown it down. I agree that he is probably 4 years. If I see him, i will have to decide if i pull back or let him walk I guess. He is 2nd biggest that I have seen on the farm in 5 years.

Choot 'em!!

But in all seriousness, I'd only shoot him only if it would fulfill my hunting goals. If he keeps showing his face in day light hours, that neighbor is going to get him. On the other hand, them being trigger happy may push him to your property as home range. I envy your predicament!

I'd guess he'd gross over 160". Unless you're on Lee and Tiffany's or the Drury's I can't imagine anyone passing him.

I would say this deer is probably into the 170s and I agree that he does look very much like a 3 yr old...it is hard to tell with the limited pics but I would say no more than 4 for sure. Whether to go for him or not depends on your standards and risking what might happen to him this year from surrounding hunters...he could blow up even more in the future!
