Very true.

That said. Given the piles of dead grouse, squirrels, and everything else that rimfires get shot at. I'm not seeing it as a big deal.

I run a gloss VX2 3-9x40 on my 455, its s good match size wise and these scopes are pretty simple to adjust the parallax.

A quick Google will bring up Rimfire central and there's a great thread on what regular scopes can have their parallax adjusted closer in.
